I would like a set of APIs that allows me to manage all or a subset of subscriptitons. For example I would like to migrate all subscriptions on a plan to another plan.

I would like a set of APIs that allows the billing tenant to perform bulk operations against a set of accounts. For example finding all accounts with billing exceptions, or with draft invoicing enabled.
